Recipes: Simple scramble eggs

Hello.

Lately, my post is more abou food. Food. And food again. Hihi. Whatever it is, I love foods! Okay, today recipe is about eggs. We going to make a simple scramble eggs. This meal is not like a Western or European types of scramble eggs with is creamy look. No, no-this my mum recipe opposite of it. And I can said, this is my favorited childhood memories. 

I don't know where my mum got this recipe but it's truly delicious and so easy. Whoever which can't cook also can do it. You can make it for breakfast-suitable one or for lunch sandwich or dinner time. It's so practical everywhere and anytime. All you needs are:
-Bread (as a base later on)
-Margarine or you can use butter, 1 spoon.
-Black or white paper, 1 tea spoon.
-Salt, pinch of salt. Or not because the margarine or butter sometimes also got salt.
-1 or 2 eggs, depends how much you want it.
-Medium onion, chopped it.
-Chili, optional if you want more spicy.
-Chili sauce, mayonnaise. 

Steps: 
1-Put a pan on the stove.
2-Light up, when the pan medium heat...put on the margarine/butter. It will melt right away.
3-Put on onion, and caramelized it together. Will smell good though. Salt?
4- Put a paper, and an eggs. Keep stir and make sure heat at lowest position. 
5-Keep stir and mix with chili, as preference until you satisfy with it. 
6-Serve with bread, chili sauce and mayonnaise. 
7-Done!

My breakfast story

Assalamualaikum.

When we talk about breakfast,
my routine intake is bread.
Only bread stuff.
Yeah, white bread or roti gandum.
Gardenia or Massimo brand.

But...
Jangan salah faham.
I like nasi lemak, roti canai too. But i'm not their fan kipas susah mati.
My mind will rewind about how much cholesterol did i will consume di pagi hari. And how about plus minus my lunch and dinner later?
Uhuh.
No way, man.

p/s: Sekali sekala maybe can.

Nutella.
My favorite deal for my bread is... Nutella.
No words can describe how perfect it is.
Love it!
Make my day.

Hurm,
If Nutella nil in stock, i prefer peanut butter.
Another my ideal choice.
No sweat.
Plain bread dip with a cup of hot chocolate also i can take it.
Or a tea.

Just gimme the bread dude.
I know what to do.

Resepi nasi ayam

Assalamualaikum,

Today i want to be a chef!
And the special menu is nasi ayam.
And it's very simple recipe. It's like kinda you cook nasi goreng di pagi hari.
And that's why i cook my nasi ayam di pagi hari.
Because it's so simple.
And just took plus minus, an hour only.

So, the ingredients:
1-chicken
2-halia, bawang putih, bawang merah, salt.
3-bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis, cengkih.
4-kicap manis
5-majerin/butter/minyak masak (ini ikut suka)
6-beras/rice
7-chilies. Cili besar warna merah.
8-vegetables...potato, carrots, salad, tomatoes, cucumber.

First, all we need to do is buat dia punya sup dulu. Masukkan chicken, segala rempah di no.2 and no.3...
After that, take out the chicken, dry it.
Kept some of soup, and heat back with a potato and some carrots.
Balancer soup then combined with the beras. Adjust amount of soup fairly enough with your beras. If you rajin, some chicken can joint together in it. Plus no.5 and put at rice cooker, tunggu hingga dia masaklah...
For chicken, i just use kicap manis. And halia. Chop the halia, masukkan halia and kicap. Gaul-gaul bagi rata, peram kejap if nothng to do. And goreng.
The sauce, bland the chillies. And some opinion, you can serve like that, some prefer masak kejap. Up to you all.
And lastly, you can put all of it on the plate. Decorate with their vegetables.
Wallah.

I'm not sure is it nasi ayam hainan, nasi ayam negeri mana. But who's care?

Main course:Book

Assalamualaikum


Disebabkan aku sampai awal di pusat Larkin Sentral and had three hours left, aku pun started my  Dora adventure.
: )
But before that, kita makan dulu bah.

And at the back there, korang kena jalan sampai belakang ok.
Ada macam-macam pilihan makanan. Mula-mula alkisahnya aku terpikat kat gerai A. Tapi nak wat gaya mana, tak friendly. Layan tak layan. Aku pun blah.
Go gerai B, yang macam menarik.
Tengok lauk, aku decide nak brunch terus.
Pastu depannya, ada jual murtabak. Panas gih, aku kalau ikut nafsu, nak gak order. Even kenyang makan nasi.
Orang nak ckap apa aku tak peduli, duit and perut aku...apa aku kesah.
Tapi aku tabahkan jugak. Syaitan itu penghasut paling jahat.
Atas sebab berwaspadalah aku angkat kaki, dan paid dan cabut.

Next, aku beli bahulu. Ni aktivi wajib kalo aku balik johor.
Hahhaha.
Aper bestnyer bahulu nih pon aku tak tahu.
Tapi aku rasa johor tu sinonim dengan bahulu tu yang aku beli.
RM7.00 sepaket.

Then, jalan-jalan. Aku jumper kedai buku. And most interesting, that 50% discount to all books. Aku macam, no wayyyy man.
FYI, buku dia second hand lah.
Tapi macam, gila best.
Aku spend half an hour kat situ. Rambang mata. Aku macam nak jadik follower FB akak penjula tuh supaya aku boleh baca semua buku kat situ.
So, bila korang beli dah jadik third hand. Huahuahaua...
And aku grab this book: Ensiklopedia Sejarah Islam by DR Ahmad Syalabi.
Hopefully dapat habiskan cepat.

Tour selepas itu, aku gih beli tudung. Ala yang RM10.00 sehelai.
Tudung sarung yang ada inner berasingan tuh. Aku suka tudung type nih.
And the main niat aku ialah. Orang yang jual tuh.
He doesn't look normal, i knew it. And dia gak malu dengan ketidak sempurnaannya. Aku sekilas pandang lah.
Time aku nak bayar, ada sorg pak cik nih say thank you kat aku. Aku cam, no sweat la kan. Memang aku niat pon warna and type jenis tuh.
But memang best budak tuh, even dia dikira OKU...he do what make his useful. Go for it!
